Police Dog Titan. (Beychief Magic Return) Titan was tragically stabbed to death during a siege at Seven Hills, December 23rd, 2004. His slaying caused new laws to be passed giving higher prison sentences for killing or injuring Police Service Animals. Titan's handler was Snr Const Sean McDowell.

Police Dog Carts (Beychief Will Cody) tragically stabbed to death at Corrimal on December 9th, 2007 when deployed after a break and enter at the Surf Club. Carts was named after murdered police officer, David Carty, who was stabbed to death. Cart's first handler was Snr Const Dave Williamson (pictured). He was with Snr Const Brett Williams when he was killed.

These three dogs were killed in accidents. One was run over by an unknown vehicle while searching bushland. 
Another other died pursuing an offender at Westfield, Parramatta, when he slipped and fell from a great height.

Fidel died after becoming impaled after falling during a search at a school.
